If your tracking shows the package has been returned, it may be due to incorrect address, relocation, or failed delivery attempts.
- If the error was on your part, we can either refund the item cost (excluding shipping) or reship at your expense.
- If the error was on our part, we will reship free of charge.
We do not accept returns unless products are damaged.

Once inspected, we will notify you about refund eligibility.
Please note that Selenite/Satin Spar products can scratch easily and may not qualify for return unless severely chipped during shipping.
If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
If the package was dispatched before cancellation, reshipping costs must be covered by the customer.
